Stan is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina, a graduate of Western Carolina University, and a member of the PI Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He has been a Club Fitter for over 30 years with 23 of those spent as the lead club fitter at The Dana Rader Golf School and the Ballantyne Golf Academy. He has been recognized many times for his accomplishments including being named:

Stan believes that playing with the correct club is essential for any player to reach their full potential.
